It is with pleasure to write a note on behalf of Kate and her real estate services. By way of background, we rented a home through her husband Hal on a short term basis. While renting, we identified a home we wished to purchase. Kate’s representation of us came through a reference from Hal. A great reference. Kate met with us initially and explained to us the state of the market in the area and the local processes for purchasing a home. We have both individually and jointly purchased and sold homes in the past, but Kate was very knowledgeable about the specific idiosyncrasies of the area, i.e. Indian land lease and the expedited option.
